The mission of the Jefferson Lab Activities Group (JAG) is to enhance employee morale through various social, recreational, and athletic activities.

The JAG is responsible for morale-based activities, and reviewing suggestions from the general laboratory population for these activities. Prior to approval of support or funding, the following program criteria is considered:

• Cost/Benefit – How many will benefit from the activity vs. the cost of implementation.
• Laboratory priorities.
• Scope –Frequency, complexity, and resources required.

Annual funding allocations are determined by the Jefferson Lab Management and subject to approval.
