Meeting will be held virtually via BlueJeans Events.
Please join us online for the 2021 Jefferson Lab Users Organization Annual Meeting, June 21-23.
Registration is now open. There is no fee, but a Bluejeans passcode required to enter the meeting will be sent to registrants. The registration link is on the left of this page.
This year’s physics program celebrates our vibrant and productive 12 GeV program at JLab, and will feature fresh physics results from around the lab. We will have presentations from laboratory management and our funding agencies - there is a lot to talk about so we’ve left plenty of time for questions! The JSA Thesis and Postdoctoral prizes will be awarded, and we are planning to have talks related to contributions of users and the laboratory to the EIC.
We are also excited that the poster exhibition and competition will again take place in the same online format as last year. Each poster entry will be accompanied by a short video presentation, with Q&A through the comments. Time is reserved in our program for this event, so we can view posters together and discuss in virtual spaces.
We look forward to seeing you, online!
This project is supported by the JSA Initiatives Fund Program (http://www.jsallc.org/IF/IFProjects.html), a commitment from the JSA owners, SURA and PAE Applied Technologies. Initiatives Funds support programs, initiatives, and activities that further the scientific outreach, promote the science, education and technology of the Jefferson Lab and benefit the Lab's extended user community in ways that complement the Lab's basic and applied research missions.
