The DEIA team is thrilled to announce the launch of the lab’s new DEIA Book Club, a space for colleagues to come together to explore stories, gain new perspectives and foster meaningful discussions. The first book the club will read is “Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When the Stakes Are High, Third Edition,” a selection of the DOE’s DEIA, Training and Organizational Development Division.
